Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

AeroSpace Spray Foam Team is a spray foam removal business based in Telford, Shropshire. We have been removing spray foam insulation for homeowners and landlords since 2022. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. It applies whenever you contact us, request a quote, or use our website.

Information We Collect

When you get in touch about spray foam removal, we collect the details we need to quote and carry out the work. That includes your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property where the foam needs removing.

If you contact us through our website, we also collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site running smoothly and to understand which services people are looking for.

How We Use Your Information

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey, and give you a clear price for removing the spray foam. We also use them to book in the work, keep you updated on the day, and follow up once the job is done.

We may use your details to send you information about our spray foam removal services, but only where you have asked us to or where we have a legitimate reason to do so. You can tell us to stop at any time.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies to help it work properly and to remember your preferences. These are small files stored on your device when you visit the site.

We also use cookies to see how people find and use our website, so we can improve it. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you turn cookies off, some parts of the site may not work as well.

Analytics and Third-Party Tools

We use trusted third-party tools, such as website analytics, to understand how visitors use our site. These tools collect information in an aggregated way and do not identify you personally.

We may also use third-party services for things like email and scheduling. These providers only access your information to perform the service for us, and they are required to keep it secure.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people who need it to deliver our spray foam removal service, such as our own technicians or a trusted subcontractor working on our behalf.

We may also share information if we are required to by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of AeroSpace Spray Foam Team, our customers or others.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it. For quotes and jobs, that usually means up to six years after the work is completed, so we can deal with any follow-up questions or warranty matters.

When we no longer need your information, we delete it securely or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.

Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Only team members who need your information to do their job can see it. If we ever suspect a data breach, we will act quickly and notify you and the relevant authorities where required.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, and to ask us to delete it in certain circumstances.

You can also object to how we use your information or ask us to restrict it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Children's Privacy

Our services are for homeowners, landlords and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
